Background

• Diane has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership positions at several technology and business services companies, including IDT Corporation, Opera Solutions, LLC, ElectrifAi, LLC and Daitrix, LLC. Additionally, Diane spent 5 years in the private practice of law at two regional law firms. 
• Diane routinely draws on her expertise navigating the complexities of business law as a hands-on operator, having overseen the finance, operations, marketing, IT, human resources and in-house counsel functions of technology companies.
• Diane’s accomplishments include building out dedicated business segments and guiding companies through various transactions, including an initial public offering, a secondary offering, several M&A transactions and restructurings.
• In addition to her accomplishments in the business world, Diane also has taught business law as an adjunct professor at Centenary University, served as Board President of her local school board and is routinely a respected voice on the intersections of business law, technology, telecommunications, government affairs, compliance and dispute resolution.
• As a technology industry expert with extensive and multi-faceted experience as an operator, Diane provides clients with interim management services, distressed and special situation transaction services and insolvency services, including Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors under state law.
