Background

• Jason Luciani has over 15 years experience in FP&A, M&A, and complex restructurings across distressed and high-growth environments.
• Previously, Jason served as a Director at Lumio HX, Inc. as well as a Fractional CFO to multiple start-ups, where he played a key role in a multi-year corporate restructuring and consolidation, optimizing cost structures, and leading forecasting and project finance strategy.
• Prior to Lumio HX, Inc, Jason was CFO of large residential solar installer, where he led all financial and strategic operations through a high-growth phase and executed a successful M&A transaction culminating in the company’s acquisition.
• Jason holds a Master of Science in International Business/Master of Business Administration double degree from Clemson University and IESEG School of Management, Paris.
